Culinary maestro, palate artist, and connoisseur of the homemade, Chef Jean-Claude's journey into the world of cooking is a savory tale rooted in the vibrant streets of Port-au-Prince, Haiti. As a young boy, he was mesmerized by the symphony of flavors and aromas in his mother’s kitchen. It was there, amidst the clattering of pots and the sizzle of spices, that he learned the art of creating delectable dishes from scratch with love as the secret ingredient.
 

His passion for culinary excellence simmered through a distinguished career at FEDEX, where precision and care were daily practices. Craving to stir his culinary ambitions further, Chef Jean-Claude embraced the heat of the kitchen full-time, refining his skills at Atlanta Technical College. His education was more than a pursuit; it was a homecoming to his first love of gastronomy.
