I didn’t create the Pretty and Powerful Blueprint from theory. I lived it first. Using the same life strategy principles I teach today, I transformed my career, earned three promotions in under three years, and moved from entry-level leadership to senior-level management inside a Fortune 500 company.
I’ve built mentorship programs. Led multiple cohorts. Designed strategy across departments. And in the process, I learned something powerful.
Most women don’t lack ambition.
They lack structure.
The Pretty and Powerful Blueprint was created to give women language, habits, and strategy so they can participate in building the lives they’ve been envisioning.
My work sits at the intersection of confidence, execution, faith, and life strategy. I don’t just inspire women. I teach them how to move.

Before I taught women how to move with strategy, I had to learn how to do it myself. I used these same principles to earn three promotions in under three years inside a Fortune 500 company, move from entry-level leadership to senior-level management, and design mentorship programs that developed other women in real time.
I hold an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, but my authority is not just academic. It’s applied.
Everything I teach sits at the intersection of life strategy, execution, confidence, and faith. I believe growth requires participation. It requires language. It requires structure.
And most women were never given that structure.
That’s why I built it.
